• Drop-Box/Pick-Up Liability: While we use secure drop-boxes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk associated with leaving your property in an unattended location. Our liability for loss or theft of customer items left in a drop-box is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided or up to a maximum of $250, whichever is less, unless a higher replacement value is declared and insured by the customer prior to drop-off.
• Repair Limitations: You acknowledge that repair services (e.g., fixing broken tips or deep chips) require metal removal and will alter the original shape, length, or finish of your knife. We are not liable for the resulting change in aesthetics or original specifications necessary to complete the repair.
